Founded by Dr. Claire Odogbo and Grace Adeneye, we observed that smaller healthcare practices often struggle to keep up with ever-changing regulations. Many healthcare professionals, especially in small to medium-sized practices, aren’t fully trained in compliance requirements and often find it overwhelming to navigate complex regulations while focusing on patient care.

We saw an opportunity to bridge this gap by leveraging AI to provide seamless, automatic updates, ready-to-use policy templates, and clear, accessible training. Our goal is to simplify compliance for smaller healthcare organizations, empowering them to stay on top of regulations without the confusion or added burden.
