It started with the organizations nobody was building for.
Smaller clinics, startups, nonprofits and public health providers face the same regulations as large institutions, with a fraction of the resources. Our founder, Dr. Claire Odogbo, spent nearly two decades inside compliance, audit and governance functions, including PwC and a global internal audit build-out for an international law firm, and saw the same gap from every side: the tools were built for the enterprise, and everyone else was managing with spreadsheets and goodwill.
2018. Consulting first.
Lifetrack Coaching & Consulting Ltd. was founded in Hamilton, Ontario to bring that experience to regulated organizations as advisory work. The pattern repeated in every engagement: the same regulations, the same missing policies, the same training records nobody could find on inspection day.
2024. The idea.
The answer had to be a product, and nobody was building it for this market. In 2024 we set out to build what no one else was building: a platform that reads the regulation, turns it into requirements, and connects those requirements to the policies, training, evidence and actions that meet them.
November 2025. Launch.
Riskophia launched in November 2025. In the same month we acquired Werdermann eLearning, a learning management platform with an established community of learners, so that training could be delivered and tracked inside the engine rather than recommended and forgotten. Werdermann became Learnophia, our compliance learning platform.
2026. A GRC platform.
We kept listening to the compliance leads, clinic directors and executive directors using the product, and kept evolving it. In 2026 Riskophia is a full Governance, Risk and Compliance platform: the compliance core for every customer, with risk and operations modules switching on as organizations scale, and workforce readiness built in through Learnophia.
Where we are going
Canada first, in healthcare and the nonprofit sector; then Africa, where our growth and delivery team is already in place; then regulated markets globally. Proudly Canadian, serving regulated organizations internationally.
